The management consulting specialist for the financial services industry was awarded the "Best Employee" quality seal in the contest "Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber 2011" (Germany's Best Employers 2011). He particularly commended the trust that exists between the management and employees, the outstanding commitment of the workforce and the great sense of team spirit at zeb/. Again and again it is a great challenge to integrate new employees. The 2012 TEWeb (“Top Employer Web Benchmark”) Study of the market research company Potentialpark has again determined the best career websites of German companies. For the first time in its history, zeb/ ranks among the TOP 30 and holds the 23rd place.

In the 2012 APOLLO (“Applying Online And Loving IT”) Study, Potentialpark analyses online application tools for job seekers, with zeb/ on 20th position. The zeb/ online application system is therefore one of the most user-friendly systems. As part of the study, Potentialpark surveyed approximately 2,000 students and graduates of German universities on their expectations about career sites.

Since February 2012 zeb/ is benefactor of the Absolventa scholarship. With it, the non-profit association Absolventa e. V. supports young academic talents in a different way from conventional elite promotion: Rather than a committee it is the internet community that decides via facebook on granting a scholarship. According to its voting the total funding amount is given to those applicants with the most votes. Students of all academic fields who are registered with a German-speaking university can apply for the scholarship, which supports university expenses such as tuition fees, study material or excursions.

Employees hand on their experiences from full time and part time jobs, trainings and student jobs to potential applicants, informing them first-hand about benefits, working atmosphere and development potentialities. zeb/ holds the Open Company Seal, which honours authenticity, critical reflection of employer capabilities and communication at eye level.

The initiative of the German job and business magazine “Junge Karriere-Handelsblatt” and “Fair Company” has awarded zeb/ the hallmark of excellence “Fair Company”. Based on clearly defined criteria, businesses are selected accurately and examined regularly for this seal of quality. One essential condition is the opportunity of an internship for students during their university education to experience a “slice of the real life” working in business consulting.
